The cost of a house clearance depends on how much work is involved, so we will need to discuss the details with you. However, we guarantee that our quote is fixed, meaning there will be no surprise charges when you receive the final bill.

Do I Pay Any Upfront Costs?

Grace Clearances never requires any advance payment for our services; you will only need to settle the bill in full once our work is completed to your satisfaction.

Do You Recycle?

If items taken from a property cannot be donated to charity, we strive to recycle as much as we can and successfully recycle about 90 percent of the items we remove from homes.

What do you recycle?

We strive to recycle, repair, or reuse as many cleared items as possible. If an item has value, we will assess it and offer you cash or a reduction in your clearance service fee. If it’s not valuable but still in good condition, we will donate it to a local charity shop. If the charity shop cannot accept it, we will ensure it is properly disposed of at the local recycling center.

Based in London, we needed a local Manchester company to help with a bereavement clearance of my late mothers 3B home. Having met James who runs Grace Clearances (named after his his dog), he agreed to help and turned up on time with Luke to start clearance on Tuesday. The job was fiddly, mum hoarded, but by Friday lunchtime the job was complete - including hoovering the carpets and leaving the house spotless. I don't think I've come across quality customer service like this in years. Both James and Luke were top blokes/grafters and trustworthy. Luke even found a fiver under a bed and gave it to me?! Excellent flat clearance Honestly James has been great i had to arrange via distance and couldn't be at the property to view with him before or after. James handled this with no problem and kept me updated. Our basement was overflowing with items, that had accumulated over so many years and the process of clearing it out - I wouldn’t have wished upon my worst enemy!
