If Carling did house clearance... Based in London, we needed a local Manchester company to help with a bereavement clearance of my late mothers 3B home. Having met James who runs Grace Clearances (named after his his dog), he agreed to help and turned up on time with Luke to start clearance on Tuesday. The job was fiddly, mum hoarded, but by Friday lunchtime the job was complete - including hoovering the carpets and leaving the house spotless. I don't think I've come across quality customer service like this in years. Both James and Luke were top blokes/grafters and trustworthy. Luke even found a fiver under a bed and gave it to me?! Grace Clearance Services did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team carried out the entire house clearance, including an outbuilding, and worked tirelessly throughout. The standard of work was exceptionally high, with everything handled efficiently, professionally, and with great care. The price was also very fair and represented excellent value for the quality of service provided. Communication was excellent at every stage – clear, responsive, and reliable. They delivered exactly what was promised, kept us updated throughout, and their service was first class. A special thank you to James and Luke, who carried out the entire clearance. They were genuinely kind, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, got straight to work, and showed real dedication throughout the process. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome – it exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a genuinely stress-free experience from a team you can fully trust. Excellent flat clearance Honestly James has been great i had to arrange via distance and couldn't be at the property to view with him before or after. James handled this with no problem and kept me updated. From first contact to the final pictures afterwards followed every request to the letter for a flat clearance which cant have been easy as it was first floor. Highly Recommended Company i would highly recommend Grace Clearance for any house clearance to be undertaken most efficiently and at a most reasonable cost. If I could leave 6 stars for this company, I would. I cannot believe what an incredible job they’ve done. Our basement was overflowing with items, that had accumulated over so many years and the process of clearing it out - I wouldn’t have wished upon my worst enemy! But Grace Clearances have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They’ve been so responsive with communication, they were punctual and reliable, they offered an incredible price for the job, and worked tirelessly to see the entire job through - with lovely Grace the dog too! Somehow the team managed to get the job done in half a day. The pictures below speak for themselves.
